I’ve been here for over three years. I’ve had the best experience mind you this is the first apartment I’ve ever had.. The staff are amazing are willing to go above and beyond for you. They help you with the smallest problems to the biggest problems. Thank you too to the Crew!! I just renewed my lease Can’t wait for another amazing year with them!

First I will say I dont live here but my sister does. We visit and stay over often. My sister's apartment is lovely at "THE BECK" the designer thought of EVERYTHING. I love the garden area where as a resident you can have a garden. I love the doggie area. I love the comfy chairs in the grill area. What I did find worrisome is how in the buildings 8702 are so filthy. Its like living in a co op in NYC. The walls are nasty. The elevators are disgusting and the hallways just need an overall new coating of paint. It was so nasty and so creepy too me. I took the stairs down 4 flights of stairs at 62 years old. That dead snake scared the hell out of me. I felt safer taking stairs versus the elevator because the snake was literally stuck between the door of the elevator dead sliding back and forth everytimeit opened and closed. Thats just traumatizing for scary girls like me. When leaving a dead locust was in the elevator. Now my brother in law says the snake was harmless but I dont care it was a snake. Yuck! Its very costly to live here. Premium priced rent should have Premium customer service. The first impression when friends and family come over would be a total embarrassment for me if I lived here. If your maintenance wont clean maybe have a floor captain on each floor and offer them a discount on rent every month. Its unacceptable!! Its like living in a safari with all the critters that are laying around lurking or dead and no one is cleaning it up. I will end by saying the apartments are beautiful but management need to do better. My sister pays over 2,000 a month for rent. Come on BECK! Do better.....
