The bathrooms are unusable, there are tons of cockroaches, and the maintenance service is terrible. In the end, I had no other choice but to stay here until I find another place because the service they offer is awful.

Everything they don’t tell you at the leasing office so you don’t waste your time. 1. You have to pay to use the laundry room, $5 total for washer and dryer 2. Roaches literally everywhere 3.Constant plumbing issues 4. Sliding door most likely doesn’t lock (mine doesn’t) 5. You won’t have a mail key or key fob for a while (still don’t have mine) 6. Nowhere to hang clothes in closets 7. No microwaves 8. Putting in a maintenance request is like talking to a brick wall 9. Gates don’t work 10. A random appliance in your unit won’t work (for me it’s the stovetop) 11. Monthly mandatory renters insurance
