Our international move was incredibly challenging, but Kristine made every step of the process so much easier. She truly went far and beyond to support us and ensure everything went smoothly, always finding solutions and guiding us through details that made a big difference during such a stressful transition. Our apartment at Artisan on MacDill was beautifully renovated and spotless. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home right away. We are very grateful for all the care and dedication Kristine showed us and highly recommend both her and Artisan on MacDill to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive community.

I really enjoyed living here! It is a really great value compared to larger complexes. Not to mention the Management is very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely live here again!

Fire alarms keep going off. I’m a prospective tenant and this was extremely disappointing to see. I talked with the tenants that came outside during the alarm and they said this has been happening 5 times within the past few days. This needs to be fixed or you could be fined.

Kristine has been great helping me/my daughter get settled in to her new apartment. Accommodating and answering our many questions. Thank you for making our decision to move here easy and less stressful!
