My experience at The Addison on Long Bayou has been transformed, and I truly believe that's because of the incredible leadership of the Property Manager, Jay. From the moment Jay took over, it became clear that he was committed to creating positive change throughout the community. His leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for both residents and the property are evident in everything he does. It's refreshing to see a manager who not only listens to residents but also follows through with action. Jay's customer service is second to none. He treats every resident with respect, patience, and kindness, making everyone feel valued rather than just another apartment number. Whether addressing concerns, answering questions, or simply checking in with residents, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure people have a positive experience. What impresses me most is his attention to detail. The property is becoming noticeably cleaner, better maintained, and more welcoming under his direction. You can tell he takes pride in the community and holds both himself and his team to a high standard. His proactive approach has created an atmosphere where residents feel heard, appreciated, and confident that issues will be resolved promptly. Strong leadership can completely change the culture of a community, and Jay is doing exactly that. His dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have put The Addison on Long Bayou on a positive path, and it's exciting to see the improvements continue. Great property managers are hard to find, and Jay is truly one of the best. I had a wonderful experience touring this beautiful apartment complex! The property is absolutely stunning and well-maintained. A huge shoutout to Yassef, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour so welcoming for both me and my son. Honestly, the only reason I didn’t apply on the spot is that it’s a bit too far from my job.

Ms. Jordan was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive to detail throughout our entire process. Since we are relocating from another state and know very little about the surrounding area, she kindly guided us toward nearby places of interest for our family, especially for our little ones. When we first visited, it was on a Saturday and we hadn’t even scheduled an appointment. Even though she was incredibly busy and assisting multiple clients, she still took the time to meet with us during what she described as one of the busiest Saturdays she had worked there. That truly showed empathy and dedication. She understood that we had a long drive back home the next day and that Saturday was our only opportunity to begin the process. Because of Ms. Jordan’s exceptional service and everything the apartment complex had to offer, we chose The Addison on Long Bayou.

Inland Residential Realestate finally came to their senses and The Addison At Long Bayou is finally going in a positive direction. Jay is now the property manager and is outstanding! This change was long overdue as Jay should have been property manager years ago. ! He walks the property daily, actually listens to residents feedback/ concerns and is top notch! Yasser & Jordan in the office are top notch as well, always pleasant and helpful. Our maintenance staff is the best and Dan, the new head of maintenance is a great addition. I’ve lived here 5 1/2 years and can say this is the best staff we’ve ever had!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just came from a tour of this property and I have to say I was very impressed. Management was very informative and nice. They answered all of my questions. The property is centrally located and very quiet. The pool area is beautiful and has new grills which I liked. I have toured many properties and this one by far has the most square footage compared to other properties in their apartments. I will by applying to live here.
