Expensive condos were irresponsibly built right next to a protected bird sanctuary. In the process, the landowners disrupted the nearby waterway, leading to its closure and negatively impacting the Shell Key Preserve. The profits from these developments should go toward repairing the environmental harm they’ve caused. This construction project should never have received approval in the first place.

Great place, love the water. Our company participated in the construction of Sunset Point we are now building our third set of kayak racks for the association. Great people!

Overpriced units plopped on the edge of a bird sanctuary. Land owners disturbed the nearby waterway causing it to close and now the shell key preserve is suffering. Profit from selling these units should be used to repair the ecological damage. THIS BUILDING SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN APPROVED.
