Lived here for 18 months and had a great experience. Carlos the Senior Community Manager was professional, responsive, and genuinely made residents feel valued. Maintenance was efficient, respectful, and always followed through without hassle. If you’re looking for a well‑maintained community where management actually listens, I highly recommend this place. It truly felt like home.

We moved down here in January 2026 from Pennsylvania and have been living at Spring Lake for about 3 months now, and my wife and I love it. Everything is clean and well-maintained, parking is easy, the apartment itself is new and renovated, and if anything breaks, maintenance will come fix it so fast it'll make your head spin. We even have a nice view from our back door where we can sit out and watch the sun set over the lake. The complex itself feels very safe and secure. And as a bonus, if you happen to work from home, you'll not need to do much driving as everything is very nearby. You can easily manage without a car if you don't mind using Uber or Lyft. This is NOT a fake review.....100% genuine feedback from a resident that lives here and went to a lot of trouble to move to Florida. Carlos and the team are very dedicated to the quality of life this community, and it shows every day. Keep up the good work!
