I dropped by unannounced for a impromptu visit & prospective tour, to determine if this community might be a good fit for me. Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me was incredibly rude and dismissive. The interaction was so unpleasant - I left as quickly as possible. As someone evaluating potential options, this was the exact opposite of a welcoming sales experience

Special thanks to Shannon godwin! We came here without any appointment and asked for a tour. She kindly guided us the available spots and informed us all the details and questions we had about the apartment. We eventually chose to lock in and sign the lease!
