I have been a resident for 7 months & can easily state the complex is well maintained & each unit I have seen is in fantastic shape with updated lighting, paint and flooring. Appliances are in great shape as well. Common areas are well maintained & the sand cove community very friendly to all ages, pet friendly & the pool area is lovely. Property manager Wendy and maintenance team led by Jimmy are top-notch and highly responsive.

I have been here around 3 years now and all I can say is our staff here are just fabulous. Maco and Wendy really work hard. Maco keeps our grounds clean, can literally fix anything and just cares about people. This isn’t just a job for him! Also a big thanks to Maco for putting in extra work when we got hit by Hurricane Helene. Much love
