Management is horrible very unorganised. No one knows what is going on from the GM to the maintenance staff This place does not pay their bills.. They owe our company $2500 for pool service over 5 months past due

This is a stunning place to live! We love our views, our neighbors, and the amenities along with the close proximity to restaurants and fun. It's close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough to not be in a hustle and bustle of traffic and noise.

There is so much to love about Saltaire. It is located in a quieter part of downtown, while still being right in the middle of everything. You get the convenience of the location without the constant noise of the city. It is in walking distance to everything and having Publix across the street behind us makes it super convenient to grab groceries (my husband loves BOGOs). From waking up to the gorgeous sunrises, to watching soccer from my terrace or enjoying the Saturday's Farmer's Market just out front our door, makes living here special. The neighbors are great and the amenities are beautiful - you should see the landscaping on the pool deck. Overall, it’s a beautiful place that feels like home.

We really enjoy living here. Been here from the start. Staff is excellent - professional, attentive, kind. Views are fantastic, building is beautiful. The HOA board is proactive, involved and cares. The different resident committees do an excellent job - social committee, building committee, finance committee. Evidence of a very involved community in the building. Despite other reviews, our experience has been superb.
