Many residents appreciate the beautiful water views and updated units, noting the generally quiet atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff in addressing concerns. However, ongoing construction has led to temporary disruptions in amenities and access, including elevator outages and noise, while some have experienced issues with communication and rent increases despite these inconveniences.

In 2024 I moved into Sailpointe apartments. Four days later, Hurricane Helene hit and everything was lost. Sailpointe handled the event with compassion and timely assistance. Now one year later, I am returning to Sailpointe. I can't think of a better recommendation. Renee Gillombardo

This place no longer cares about its exisitng residents. My son lives here and they raised his rent upon renewal despite the fact that he has experienced a drastic decline in amenities throughout the year. To be clear, we will not be renewing. Because of the construction on the first floor, there was no elevator access for an extended period of time (terrible for theelderly & disabled residents) and one is running finally, they can't park in the front parking spots (again, terrible for the elderly & disabled). They also have a maintenace man in a silver car who parks almost daily in the front row taking up two spots, often a handicap spot!! (He parks over the line to cover two spots... Very disrepectful and bad image for the company, especially if there were a handicap visitor :( !), the water has been shut off an extreme amount of times (it had been 8-5, once 3 days a week!), the back yard is consistently terribly overgrown and can't even be walked through until they mow the entire thing down, there is glass and shards all over the parking lots which is dangerous for the dog-friendly community, the patio & grill was inaccessible for some time, the dock & launch are still not repaired, and the construction workers leave their belongings and trash all over the community. The workers are now there from 8-6 DAILY, seven days a week. The construcion is incredibly loud and can be heard inside the apartments, especially early in the morning. While the hurricane was obviously beyond anyone's control, the way you treat your current residents is not! They often leave letters apologizing for the inconvenience, but there are so many better ways to take care for your residents. :( Everything that was attractive about this community went away (though some has returned) and they still raised his rent...

The best apartment I have lived in. The units are great with an insanely dreamy view. The staff were amazing, especially Stacy and Don. The two are great managers and helped making the living experience luxurious and unforgettable. I would recommend Sailpointe to anyone!

This apartment complex is absolutely beautiful! I lived on the 3rd floor, corner apartment and loved every minute. The inside of the apartment is gorgeous with light coastal paint and flooring to match. Eveuthing inside has been redone. Central heat and air. Washer/dryer. The view of Bear Creek greets you every morning with sea life and sunrise. You’ll fall in love watching each day…. In the office, Don and Stacey were very good to me while living here. Always a smile. Always helpful. The maintenance men were pleasant. I highly recommend living here at this little gem in South Pasadena. It was a very healing place. I’d live here again. Thank you for everything!
