I recently toured this community and had a positive experience. The tour was led by Tasha, she was welcoming, professional and took time to answer all of our questions. I appreciated her explaining the floor plans, pricing and amenities without making us feel pressured. Touring the community gave me a good sense of what living here would be like. As we make our final decision on where to live in Brandon this is community is definitely on the top of the list.

Listen I didn't move in here, but I feel glad I didn't because I scheduled a tour and there was no one in the office for 5 minutes after my tour started which okay maybe they were giving another tour and it ran a little late no big deal, except for the fact that one of the people who lived there walked in the office and said they wanted to give their notice of vacancy, and I overheard the lady say if we lower your rent will you stay and he was pretty much saying no he said I'll think about it but pretty much know, so that's a big red flag there, and then 20 minutes after my appointment had started the lady finally talked to me, just for her to tell me she didn't have one apartment to show like not one ..which is weird and then as I was leaving multiple cop cars with their lights were pulling in to something happening at one of the apartments there, and that was just a heck no for me I read the reviews and they weren't very good and I was like let me check it out for myself and you know what , I would say don't waste your time.

Very fast service and maintenance is very nice and helpful. Thanks for always coming through Retreat at Crosstown. Thank to the people who come to our doors and pick out trash up. Thank you to the front desk for being so professional and educating on details. Thanks overall. Since Feb 2026 it’s been good so far. I’ll update again when I have more time lived here.
