I have been living in Presbyterian towers for 15 years it's a great place to live the maintenance department is the absolute best if you put in the maintenance request in the morning before the day is over. Whatever your problem is will be taken care of that day. The management is fantastic. The up keep of this building is absolutely wonderful you can't a better location for the money if you are looking to move DT in a senior building this is the one place you want to live.

I have lived here for 4 years and I highly recommend it. The rent is affordable , my neighbors are great people, there are a lot of activities if you want to participate, a nice library filled with books and magazines, the people who do our maintenance are wonderful, and there's social service help from an amazing and helpful woman, and the management is great. There are studio and one bedroom apartments, and you would need to fill out an application and get on the wait list. It is a beautiful location with a lot to do in the neighborhood.
