Leroy is hands down the best maintenance man you could ask for. He’s always professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter the issue, he fixes it quickly and correctly, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. On top of that, he’s friendly, respectful, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone this dependable. Leroy is truly a huge asset and deserves all the recognition!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Alana, the assistant manager at BC, has been truly incredible. She has helped me with every single issue I’ve ever had and has always done so with so much kindness, patience, and understanding. She genuinely cares, and it shows in the way she treats people. Every interaction with her has made things easier and less stressful, and she consistently goes above and beyond to help. Alana is a huge reason why living at PW has been such a positive experience for me. She creates such a welcoming, supportive environment, and BC is extremely lucky to have her. She absolutely deserves a raise. Park West as a whole has been wonderful. The complex is quiet, safe, and has really felt like home over the past two years, which makes it hard to leave. The maintenance team is also amazing always respectful, friendly, and quick to help especially Leroy. Living here has honestly felt like being part of a family. If you’re looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood with great management, I highly recommend. It’s also very affordable for such a nice area, especially for two-bedroom apartments, which is hard to find. I’ve truly loved living here and will be sad to go.
