Park Terrace Apartments

I lived in this apartment for over five years and I only have positive things to say. The landlord is responsive and understanding. Any repair we have needed throughout the years has been completed in a timely manner and without problems. Finding affordable apartments in the Saint Pete area has become increasingly difficult but the landlord has kept prices fair and reasonable. The neighborhood is quiet and has a few stores nearby where one can find grocery items and medicine within walking distance. The neighbors are polite and many have been long-term tenants like me. I've never had noise complaints, missing packages, or issues with parking. Overall, this has been a pleasant place to live and probably one of the few reasonably priced apartment buildings left in the Tampa Bay area.

Landlord makes no repairs. Water leak damage, mold, ceiling cracked and damaged. Along with other non working reported items. Landlord just says someone will get with you to schedule but no one ever does. Roaches also

How do get in contact there never home or they never answer phones help?????
