Park Place Apartments

I recently visited Park Apartments and didn’t feel very welcomed. Nancy came across as a bit rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. First impressions matter, and this one wasn’t great.

Maintenance team is fantastic. Everyone in the office is very nice!

Good evening my loves, I'm writing so you don't make the same mistake I did with Park Place Apartments. Everything they say is a lie; they don't deserve even a 1 out of 10. I had a very good opinion of them for two years, but after deciding to leave to improve my situation, and especially because of the parking issues—it was a constant problem—what led me to write this was that after a month and a half, they sent me a letter with a debt for things I really shouldn't have to pay for. If they don't do their job properly, they don't remember how they left the apartment when they handed it over to me. That's not my problem. I don't know if they're mistaken about me, but they also added unnecessary things, like that I had a panter on the front door, that I hated some nickname. I don't hate even my worst enemy, so why are they saying all that? In my case, they went too far with their disrespect. My sincerest apologies for this, but I have to tell my community so they don't... They make the mistake of coming to live here, and another thing I forgot to mention is not to make the mistake of choosing the water company they offer because it's a scam and a business among themselves.
