Park House Apartments

There’s not enough parking so everyone parks on the “grass” aka dirt and public side walk and also the Main Street making a two way street one way for incoming and outgoing traffic which is fantastic to deal with every single day! There’s also always trash outside the container like furniture, shopping carts, beds. Let’s not forget our tenants sitting on top of shopping carts stolen from nearby grocery stores. Wonderful management and maintained property

Me and my wife try to see this today and it looked like nothing in the pictures. They completely redid the paint on the entire building with a blackish gray making it look like a prison. Horrible move on whoever chose the paint choice. The hallways looked dirty and felt unsafe. The pool was closed and lifeless. And try to go to the other side of the apartments. Me and my wife got hit with a giant wall of stale cigarette smoke. We didn't even want to try to go there We're just trying to find an affordable place for me and my pregnant wife. I would not let anybody come 10 mi within this place. I felt that unsafe. I didn't even want to look at the rooms
