Park East Apartments

I love the apartment, however she never showed any amenities. Like a gym, pool area. Indoor basketball. Etc. also never went over any utilities water, cable, etc. I guess I should have asked but I did not. So I guess both of us, left some things out.

June 22, 2026 Taking notes: Prayer over my vehicle is needed here. Heavenly Father, I come before You today asking for Your divine protection over my vehicle and all that I own. I pray that You place a shield around my cars and keep it safe from any harm, malicious acts, or vandalism. I ask that You grant me peace of mind, and remove any destructive or negative forces from my surroundings. Give me wisdom on how to handle these morning disruptions, and guard my property against those who seek to destroy it. In Your holy name, I pray. Amen. Great Customer Service, I am a new tenant. At first I gave Park East Apartment 5 stars, I had to subtract the 5stars from 3stars, here's why. I cant tell you how many dents I have accumulated on my car since I moved here. Park East Apartment will tamper your car and damage your car, the outside lawn workers blow dirt on your car, damaged by rocks, weed whackers, mowers, clearly I need to take photos of damage of my cars and landscaping crew that is working in the mediate area, and the top hood of my car is destroyed by their chemicals, I've lived out here less than 5 months. I am ready to leave this apartment. I found a pile of dirt on my car the next morning after they completed their job. This place is not a safe place for my vehicle, at 7:45 a.m. June 21, 2026 the lawn workers blew dirt on my car. Car washers are too expensive to be washing my car everytime these careless people decide to be careless. Im going to snapshot this review for my auto insurance company, and keep this for my records. These works are too careless out here. I hope my vehicle can survive another 7 months here at Park East Apartment.

UPDATE: I have lived here for 2 going on 3 years now. I do still like it however, if you need something to be rectified on the weekend unless they deem it as urgent they won’t come which sucks. I have a wasp nest right underneath my door post that unfortunately I only discovered on the weekend and I’m terrified of wasps and allergic to them and I labeled it as urgent so they could deal with it and they told me I have to wait till Monday because it’s not urgent. Like one of them flew into my house and I feel like I’m stuck in my house. Sigh. They need to idk expand their budget and hire like an on call weekend staff or something. This made them lose major points for me 😢 I needed to move in ASAP and Amanda at the legal team moved swiftly so that I could have a home in 3 days. The apartment looks spacious and beautiful. I hope my stay here will go well.
