I've been living here for 2 years and I love it here. The maintenance men are great, the workers in the office are very patient and understanding and make sure that everything gets resolved in a respectful manner. The remodeling of these apartments ARE LOVELY, very spacious. For this to be my first apartmemt ever, I love it!

Awful management and trash all over the complex. Do not rent here! You can find better and cheaper anywhere else!!

I am personally at my whits end with the leasing office. I am personally not a fan of leaving bad reviews but it seems to be the only way to fix an issue. I have called the leasing office over 25 times in the past 2 days durning office hours. I have left a message each time and haven’t gotten a response through either a phone call or an email. As a last resort I called the maintenance office, To see if they can help me get in contact with the leasing office and they were quite rude. I am begging somebody from the leasing office to please contact me. My move-in date is August 1, and I really just need more clarification on a lot of things. Please, somebody from the leasing office give me a call. Edit: My move in day is in 2 days and haven’t received a call back or an email regarding some inquiries I have. In the past 3 days I have called over 100 times now and sent 5 emails with no response

Just don’t move here they don’t fix anything apartments are okay looking . IF they fixed the stuff from the last tenant otherwise it’s pretty bad. they have “remodeled “ apartments with a couple new counter tops and appliances but not worth the rent they shot it up to .if you like walking around you can’t there’s just speeding cars with no walking area .besides the lake thats tiny . Mold ,tiny bathrooms with weak vents ,constantly shutting water off, trash is taller than me at night just thrown on the floor. pool is shut down all summer they have one trash compactor when the apartment complex is bigger than a football field ,staff isn’t that friendly just overall save your money or apply somewhere else i was homeless before and almost as unhappy living here

I have lived here for almost 3 years now and it’s time for me to renew my lease not sure if I want to renew it as though I’ve put in multiple request for multiple things that need to be fixed in my home. I made a visit to the office recently and spoke with someone although I was requesting the number for Corporate. I put in multiple maintenance request with this individual at the office and was reassured that the issues would get taken care of immediately. Here it is Tuesday and I have not seen anyone or haven’t received a phone call. I’m still sick as I explained to them that every time I come home from off the road I get sick because of the condition of my AC. Nothing has been done. My next step is to speak with Corporate in regards to the issues that Im continuously having with property. Once they want their rent on time, but I can’t fix any issues regarding your apartment in a timely manner. I’m not understanding. Dishwasher never worked..only hold water from when dishes are washed which somehow drains into the base of the dishwasher. They stated they fixed my tub and glued the stopper down but somehow still isn’t staying in place. Apartment flooded months ago and damaged my cabinets and all was done was a piece of plywood placed on the floor. Which is still having water which is leaking from the pipes. Lastly an AC unit that’s never been cleaned and never been touched since the duration of my stay at the apartments. IM CONSTANTLY SICK WHEN I COME HOME but you all want your rent on time. We the people would like things fixed in a timely manner.
