Park at Chesterfield

Wouldn't advise anyone to move here?The plumbing is bad maintenance.Don't fix nothing.They don't respond to work orders, and I keep having problem with someone breaking in my car.They're not doing anything , no security , nothing. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in these apartments

Overall, I like living here. It feels quite peaceful, even though homeless people sometimes wander in. I understand that this is something the building management can't control, as they even go so far as to cross the physical barriers and use the residents' pools. Aside from that, it's a wonderful place. My apartment, at least, is pretty good; it has a few minor issues, but nothing serious. The gym hasn't been available since I moved in, but I hope they finish getting it ready soon. Maintenance orders are handled very quickly, and the maintenance staff is super friendly. The people in the office are also very attentive, especially Maria, who is a sweetheart. Also, even though I've been living here for about six or seven months now, I remember the rental process being quite simple and easy. Overall, it's been a very good experience.

I lived in this complex for a year, and honestly, I don't know how I managed to put up with so many unpleasant experiences. The tap water comes out yellow, the kitchen sink clogs at the slightest provocation, and the dog park isn't even in usable condition for dogs. The gym has been closed for maintenance for over two months now, and the only explanation given is that it is undergoing renovations. The swimming pools were closed for a long time—supposedly for maintenance—and after all that waiting, they went right back and closed one of them again to perform maintenance work. The maintenance staff for the residential area are good at their jobs because they actually fix things; However, everything is so old that it quickly reverts to its broken state. As for the office staff, Sarah is very kind and polite. I lived in this complex for a year and honestly, I can't believe how I endured so many bad experiences… the tap water runs yellow, the sink clogs up at the drop of a hat, the dog park is unusable, the gym has been closed for maintenance for over two months and the only response is that it's being remodeled, the pools were closed for a long time supposedly for maintenance, and after waiting so long, they closed one of them again under the guise of maintenance. The maintenance staff in the residential area are good at their job because they fix things, but everything is so old that it falls into disrepair again. Sarah, the woman in the office, is very kind and helpful.

I actually like the apartment when I first started living here but lately Anyone in the office if it’s not Maria they have a nasty attitude then get mad if someone give it back , Everytime they have to fix something on my apartment they take they time and don’t fix nothing
