Parc Place Villas

The maintenance workers are the only staff who do their job properly. The only issue I have with them is that they come into your apartment without your consent. Even if you tell them that they are not allowed in when no one answers the door in a work order, they will still come inside without your consent and with no valid or legal reason (emergencies etc.) Also, if you walk on any given grass area there will be glass, dog poop, cigarette butts, and anthills. The office staff are not very bright, professional, or helpful. Don’t fall for the fake reviews, notice how all of the 5 star reviews have less than 3 total reviews in the 20+ years that Google has been around 😂

I love it here yea it’s not the best looking but their slowly working on it fixing everything one step at a time shoutout to everybody on the maintenance crew I can honestly say I see improvement and honestly you get what you pay for it’s a great price for not such a shitty apartment I’d give it a 7/10 on the looks but the team they got running it is a 12/10 especially the office girls Yolanda and Loran any issue I have if it isn’t addressed the office isn’t that far to walk to so that u can discuss it with them and they make sure they fulfill every ounce of what I need taken care of and they do it with passion and love the maintenance team they are super cool and have helped me with things they didn’t even have to do they have my full respect and if they need help with anything I will definitely be there to accompany it great job guys keep it up

This young lady named Loran was being disrespected by some resident that was here but the way she treated the whole situation was wholesome she maintained her dignity and responded in such a respectful manner she truly deserves a raise because if that was me I probably would of snapped but anyways after handling that issue she gave me a comforting walk through around the apartments and in a one bedroom it seemed perfect as I got back to discuss further details with payment and so forth I was welcomed by another young lady named Yolanda even though I had just got back to the office it was almost like I just walked in, it made my day and put a smile on my face

I highly recommend this condominium for its excellent atmosphere, well-organized structure, and professional management. Yolanda, Ronnier, and Loren are always friendly and respectful, and they are always willing to help when needed. Their commitment to the residents and to maintaining the community in good condition is evident. It's definitely a place where you can feel well taken care of and at ease. I live in this condominium, and my experience has been very positive. The management is always attentive to the residents' needs and responds quickly and kindly to any situation that arises. Yolanda, Ronnier, and Loren do an excellent job and are dedicated to keeping the condominium in good condition. Thanks to their dedication and commitment, it's a peaceful and pleasant place to live. I recommend it with complete confidence.
