Luis the maitenance supervisor is such a great worker and always finds how to properly fix things in a timely matter. The office lady Frances is great and very quick and productive.

I been living at Palm Square Apartments for over 3 years now and I can honestly say that I never had any issues, not only the maintenance crew respond to All work orders fast, the Assistant Manager Frances is always helpful and very professional and goes out her way to keep the residents happy, I truly loving living here.

Ive been a tenant at Palm Square for 4 years. Frances has been such an amazing advocate for me and my stay here. She makes sure things get done in a timely manner.

Apartments are well worth being rented, maintenance and team are great and overall leasing manager is a well professional person that takes her time to help tenants I truly do appreciate the time the management takes to help in any way and are completely understand in all aspects
