I really enjoyed my half a year stay at On50 (building 3, 4th floor). It’s a calm, safe and cozy place with nice green territory and 2 swimming pools (the bigger one with cool and the smaller one with warm water). The complex is very close to the USF north-eastern corner - about 15 minutes’ walk to Social or Behavioral Sciences buildings, about 20 minutes’ walk to the USF Library and Marshal Student Center. The closest Publix grocery is also about 20 minutes’ walk. And if you need to go to some more distant places, a city bus stop is just in 5 minutes’ walk. So despite an air of countryside this place has a really good logistics. If you are driving (which was not my case), there are also enough parking lots within the territory, both for residents and visitors. Also I want to highlight very polite and friendly staff at the reception - Victoria, Emily, Dwight, Justas and other young ladies and gentlemen, they all have been very nice and helpful. You can not only ask them for assistance with your payments or in case of issues with your room equipment, but also where to find and buy things you need for your living there or where to go in Tampa when you have free time. I really liked talking to them very much. Of course, this housing is not perfect and has its drawbacks. For instance, furniture and appliances in units are very outdated and worn out. But to be honest, this is a common trouble for most housing in this part of Tampa. My first week in this city I lived in a nearby hotel and went to see some houses and apartments within reasonable for a not-driving person distance from the university. And I’ve seen the same outdated and worn out furniture and appliances everywhere, even at that hotel. But to the On50 credit, I should say, their maintenance crew works really quickly and well - when I left my maintenance request in the morning they came and fixed the issue the same day, when in the afternoon - tomorrow. But I never had any serious accidents during my stay there - just some problems with a dryer and a fan that have been fixed quickly. And unlike tiny apartments I’ve seen in the city, rooms and common spaces here are spacious and convenient. Unit doors on all the floors open into nice open air walkways instead of gloom hospital-like corridors as it is in some other USF off-campus housing complexes. So to summarize, I believe On50 is really worth the money because of its good location and infrastructure, friendly and helpful staff, nice and safe territory and reasonable prices.

I just want to take a moment to thank the entire ON50 family for taking such great care of me during my transition from the military to civilian life. It’s been a great experience, and I truly appreciate all the support, guidance, and hospitality along the way. A special shout-out to Sam for taking care of me on my last day, helping me with my keys and paperwork while I was moving out. I really appreciate you making the process smooth and easy. Thank you all for being part of this next chapter in my life. It’s been a great time, and I’m grateful for the memories and the people I’ve met along the way. 🙏🏾🇺🇸

this is actually the worst place ever. in the tour, they purposely show you only the front of the apartment complex and then actually place you in the back where the buildings look completely rundown. the only thing that they’ve redone is the lobby area which still isn’t even that nice. there were constantly gunshots going off since the day that we moved in, which is obviously out of their control, but is something that’s important to factor when looking for a college apartment. Multiple times peoples cars got broken into, and they had no cameras so they couldn’t help any of the times. For the actual apartment it is completely disgusting. Since the day I moved in there was broken tiles all of the floor and mold on the ceiling/shower/even walls. Cockroach’s when we first moved in and they never left no mater how clean or how many times were sprayed. the appliances where so old barely worked and were covered in rust. overall it was a horrible place to live all of the good review you see are the residents trying to win a giveaway that the apartment does every so often. truly listen to the bad reviews i would never recommend this place to anyone. way too overpriced for the horrible experience u will get.

Poor communication, no proper communication regarding parking. I paid my account summary in full including parking fee when I first moved in , was told I was able to park anywhere with the exception of reserved parking as it was an additional fee. Three months into my lease I woke up one morning and my car was gone , I called the apartment and all they could do was tell me to call a tow company and see if they have it. Upon retrieving my car and having a heavy bill , I tried to communicate my issue to the On50 team who simply ignored me while promising to communicate with me.

If I could give less than one star I would.
