Residents generally appreciate the spacious floor plans and friendly community atmosphere, with some feeling safe enough to walk their dogs late at night. However, some prospective residents have experienced frustration with the initial touring process due to inconsistencies with online scheduling and office availability, and current tenants have expressed concerns about mandatory internet and laundry fees, as well as slow maintenance response times for non-urgent issues.

I have been a tenant here since February 2025. Don’t move here unless you want to pay $45/month for washer/dryer rent plus $55/month for an internet package they force on you that wasn’t in effect until these new owners came about, 4 months after I moved in. The carrier is frontier and they suck. I had my own internet, I don’t have the need to pay $25+ for their stupid package they force on you. They also don’t care about your safety. They had the gates removed July of 2025 and heavier police presence with the HCSO is seen more frequently on the property. The apartments right behind this one, just had the HCSO bum rush one of their apartments just this past week. It was all over my neighbors app. Let’s also talk about how they fixed flood lights on the buildings that are right above bedroom windows. So unless you can sleep with your room lit up like the 4th of July, highly don’t recommend moving here. I put in a ticket to have maintenance correct the lighting and they closed it saying it was a “third party” issue. Don’t even try going to the office for help with anything because they either lock the door or talk down to you like you owe them something. No negotiations ever. It’s their way or move. Please think twice before moving here.

(I'm adding another star because I really liked the floor plan) It took me three visits to actually get to tour the model unit. The first time, the agents said I had to book an appointment (the website said walk-ins welcome), but fine. Second time, Brook, the AI, scheduled me for a Sunday tour. It failed to say that the office was closed and kept emailing me, asking to confirm for the three days leading up to my appointment. It was frustrating. When I left a voicemail the second time I visited, I received no call back. The last time, the property manager didn't even know I booked an appointment because apparently, the AI scheduling tool doesn't sync to their system. The phone number provided for the leasing office would only go to voicemail as well since the office was closed. I waited nearly 30 minutes before the property manager showed up, just for her to give me the code to the floor plan. 30 minutes of waiting for a tour and she didn't even show us around the apartment complex? Sure, what I really wanted to see was the floor plan, but if I wanted to do a self-guided tour, I would've requested that—and there wasn't even an option on the website to do one. The property manager Jasmyne was very nice; however, this management has to integrate their AI system better and update their website. The option for a self-guided tour should be included on the website, Brook should not be able to book tours on Sundays. Brook's scheduled tours should notify the management system as well so the leasing agents just close up for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. There should also be an email on the website where prospective residents can email about inquiries, as well as have the phone number on Apple Maps updated to be the same as on the website.

Met Ms. Esha while my friend was going through the process of getting her apartment. Ms. Esha was very transparent, thorough, paitent, and professional. She broke everything down and made it very easy to understand whenever things got confusing. Her personality really shines when she's in her element and she's soo funny. Her heart is pure and it shows through her work and integrity. When she says she's going to do something she either does her best to get it done or she does it. I appreciate the lengths she went through to get what my friend wanted. With everything she does for her clients she definitely deserves a raise or higher position. She was absolutely amazing 💕✨️.

Esha, is such amazing soul! She is so helpful, kind and very transparent! She provided me so much guidance from me looking at the unit I wanted, to making sure I felt comfortable with my decision til even now getting approved and moving in on 2/14. She needs a raise! I’m so surprised on how long she been working with your apartment company. It basically seems like she been working for years! She will be an excellent manager down the line how well she keep up when it gets busy and stays professional in difficult situations. I can’t wait to be living in my new apartment! Thank you Esha! 🤍

I moved here in July of 2025. Christopher at the front desk has been great! From the moment I toured the place till today. I like the community. A lot of people walking around. I’ve walked my dog at 1am and felt safe enough to do so. The unit itself has been nice, decent space and wooden floors. I don’t have the upgraded unit for the kitchen and bathroom but they’re okay as they are. My only complaint would be maintenance timeliness. I had an issue with my AC upon move in and it was until the 4th guy came in did they determine the whole unit needed to be replaced. After that. No issues with the ac! It does take a few weeks to get “non emergent” fixes addressed. Other than that , I have enjoyed living here. My neighbors are friendly, staff waves when I walk by. I feel safe and content. Just annoyed sometimes when something stops working cause I know it may take a while.
