Me and my wife pay our rent on time for the past Nine years never experience such unprofessionalism. It has been a month of us living in a unbearably hot apartment in the worst time of the year, but they collected their rent again and their rent for next month, but they refuse to fix the AC complete disgusted with this company only a money pit for them they care nothing about residence. Who’ve been here paying their dues doing their part and can’t even have a comfortable home to come to after working in a hot sun all day complete disgrace. Will be contacting the news soon

Only care about you until they get you inside of the apartment and ignore all of your work Orders if you want someone to come and grab your money and give you nothing in return move right on in!

Absolute worst Place to move to they do not care about our apartment which has been having problems for six months and no one has come to even fix it. Just put a Band-Aid on it Instead of addressing the real problem, no insulation in our apartment ! Had an inspector look, and they still refuse to solve the problem!

I am blessed to be a resident at Oak Park Villas. The maintenance guys are quick and friendly. The office team is helpful and kind. Highly recommend this property.

I appreciate the Starka employees, especially Isaiah. When there were doubts or uncertainty about things, Isaiah did his best to resolve any issues or complaints! I value his promptness, helpfulness, and patience. While staying with this company, I’ve seen and received good results. I’m thankful that this company listens and acknowledges our issues. Thanks.
