Oak Chase I

I do not recommend these apartments. Omar promised me apartment that was going to be everything new in the place. Instead he gave to someone else even though I paid as well had ne to wait at least 2 weeks until I could move in. So that being said I had to kick 1,500 for a hotel room. When I moved in there were mildew in the apartment plus my fridge wasn't working so has a single pregnant mother I had to replace my groceries. They didn't send me my fridge until two months after I moved in I kept complaining. Now as for rent I confirmed to his help which Ms. Leah I'm was going to to behind rent she said ok she got me. My insurance company sent them a check to help me out and still no check now they putting me out while I'm 8th month pregnant not responding to my insurance company or even try to find out what happened to the check. I will not recommend for anyone to stay here.

The new manager (administrator Omar Martinez) has made a significant difference to this property. We considered moving when we renewed our contract, but decided to stay. This new administration knows how to provide solutions. Thank you, Omar!

Misnere is the name of the maintenance man who actually knows how to fix things and doesn't make excuses to avoid working. The other maintenance guys are useless; all they ever do is say there's nothing to repair or fix it, that they'll wait for the little screw or whatever they need to arrive so they can work. What they really need is the will to work, genuinely, not just to earn a paycheck.
