The convenience is incredible, the staff are wonderful, and the maintenance team is top-notch. An added bonus to living here is a very reasonably priced housekeeping option if you want it. Gotta say I especially love coming back to my room after a visit from Esclean Services—shoutout to Paula and Felipe!—they do such a great job.

Living at Numi has been a lovely experience. The proximity to the UTampa campus is unbeatable. The corner unit is spacious and gets amazing light. The outdoor lighting makes the space feel very safe at night. The staff have been very helpful and all repair requests have been addressed in a timely manner!
