Hi omg I came in looking for a apartment and I met with a gentleman by the name of Leonardo he was very professional and told me that they was on a tour but asked me if he could show me around and I was very impressed and pleased he was very nice and polite I really appreciate that thank you Leonardo.

MILITARY BEWARE: I gave this apartment complex ample notice of my Military Orders and vacancy yet this apartment complex has repeatedly sent me invoices for early termination and late fees which are illegal by SCRA. This has been ongoing for months now. I have notified the complex and they mention there is nothing they can do since it has been sent to their collections agency. Why it got sent to them in the first place is beyond me. It sounds like the previous property manager didn’t do her job correctly and never documented my hand written and emailed notices. I don’t know what else to do besides go speak to the Army JAG at my current installation. ?

I am very disappointed with the lack of proper maintenance and the overall building management here. There are currently multiple animal urine stains on the flooring that have been left untreated causing the entire common area to smell like pee. On top of that the hallway is consistently hot making the smell even worse. I am very disappointed in my stay at Novus, and as other reviews say below, they will reply saying they're sorry and will take care of the issue however it tends to be a long time before the issue is even remediated.

Leonardo was so friendly and helpful on our move-in day! My roommates and I absolutely appreciated everything! All of our maintenance requests have been completed so quickly, even a brand new microwave within the next day after we put the work order in!
