Lived here now 6 years the HOA picks who the rules apply to nobody is allowed to have dogs but everyone has dogs vehicles are supposed to be registered unless you are a board member then you can freely use the parking lot to hold unregistered cars the person you talk to comes to the property 1x a week for 3-4 hrs in the morning so it’s difficult to even speak to them and they don’t allow anyone who isn’t a board member into meetings

I live in these apartments and I absolutely do not recommend them; you pay a lot and they complain about everything.

For paying over $358.00 a month in “condo fees” (HOA) but not HOA because we are condo owners under Florida statue 718 you would think the complex would be beautiful. It’s not. It looks outdated & dirty. The pool area has outdated & awful pool chairs, the clubhouse is nothing less than updated & pretty, the entrance sign needs a fresh coat of paint to look welcoming & not rusted and the light bulbs around the complex need to actually be replaced and not taped so it’s not pitch black at night walking to the units. I reached out to the front office and was sent an email of the 2023 breakdown and reserves not the most updated information I was asking for. I would love to know why we are paying over $350.00 a month for “condo fees” .. if someone can reach out that would be great! The complex is calm & quiet which is nice. No one really bothers anyone but neighbors do look out.
