NoHo Flats

I have been living at noho for a year now and honestly this place is a red flag from the start of my lease until now. When putting in my application with them it took over 1 week to get me approved which makes no sense because that stuff takes if anything no more than 2 days. The leasing office and management communication is awful, but don’t worry Kelsey will call you multiple times and text you reminding you to pay your rent. The icing on the cake has been my AC going out 4 different times and the maintenance men gaslighting me into it not being that big of an issue even though it was 89 degrees in my apartment and I had to stay somewhere else for the night because they couldn’t help me. There have been multiple insect issues as well which I find funny cause we pay for pest control every month and I have never seen pest control at my apartment or around once, until I spoke up about cockroaches and they ended up sending someone 6 days later… never letting me know so the guy couldn’t even get into my apartment because I was out of town. The laundry list goes on and it does get worse but hopefully this already strays you away from living here and spending your money, because it is not worth it for $2000 a month.

Toured with Kaidyn, had a great time! She did a great job showing us the facilities while both answering all of my questions and keeping an energetic, comfortable vibe. Facilities were as advertised too!

Wanted to share my experience with Wilson and his service team. They are extremely friendly, everytime I approach them about a situation in my home, they come at it with efficiency and urgency. I’m sure their schedules are jam packed all the time but they have great customer service. Thank you to those gentleman!
