Beware, this complex will charge you erroneous pet waste violation fees & Only provide a DNA match as “ Evidence ”. They don’t provide any proof that you actually abandoned your animal’s Waste on the property (such as a witness statement/photo/video) , Which leads them to abuse your account with l Erroneous charges backed by poop samples , which could only come directly from the pet waste bin, and not from the property grounds in the blue bucket of random dog waste which would contaminate a clear and concise DNA match sample sent off to their poo prints lab partner. I’ve lived at the property for 2 years and never had any violations until I transferred into a new unit , where I have a complaining downstairs neighbor. I paid the first fee under protest, And they used that prior compliance as a green light to take advantage & charge another $250 fee that was Apparently under report since May 8, But they’re charging it to the account in July. They put A general location of where they collected the waste, When I don’t even walk my dog near the road They claim they picked her waste up from. Extremely shady management and corporate does nothing to assist with their negligent practices. They charge these fees and hope that you will default on your lease through nonpayment, But that is not the case. Additionally, it seems that they charge these baseless fees to pay for the numerous repairs needed for their faulty door gates 😂 The entire electronic door gate system for building 650 (main building) stopped working the day after I initially posted this review. I had to use the call box to dial myself in after coming back from lunch today Update 7/16 I confirmed with Poo Prints that the complex has only sent a total of 8 samples to the lab since 2024***. My samples make up 2/8 of those. They are weaponizing a program they do not Consistently nor equally enforce. I’ve updated this review with a photo of large poop that has been right in front of the main entrance for the Past 24 hours that they have ignored from my report. This has to be the dirtiest complex I’ve lived at , as they allow large dogs to defecate INSIDE the building and do nothing to keep the building clean consistently even if you show them the exact Location of the violations, Yolanda, the manager stated: they only clean poop up once a week. Extremely unprofessional, I’ve never experienced these type of erroneous charges from any other complex I’ve lived at. The elevators are consistently out of service. Response to Owner : I reached out to corporate on July 2 for a resolution regarding these erroneous charges and have received no response from corporate. — Given this response from the manager, this directly contradicts The copy and paste reply that did not proactively seek a resolution for my request for photo or video evidence proving that I did not pick up after my dog’s waste. My dog is an emotional support animal and These have been charged as pet fees, Due to the fact that she is not subject to pet rent. This is not consistent with fair housing laws, and you all have refused to provide any helpful information to justify The accusatory violations attached to my new transfer lease. I am highly dissatisfied with your lack of attention to this matter and zero resolution provided. Contact me*** in ***writing*** as I’ve requested numerous times with your staff as I do not agree nor do I feel comfortable with communicating over the phone, with an actual resolution = removal of the erroneous pet fees OR photo/video proof of me walking away from my dog’s feces on the property. Updating my review to 3 stars only because the maintenance team is very quick. Juan is great at resolving issues quickly and is very friendly!

I had the best experience at this apartment complex. The staff and Yolanda is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything you need. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the maintenance team responds quickly to requests. The community is peaceful, and I truly felt at home here. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live. Thank you for making my experience such an awesome one!
