New Tampa Palms

Their apartments are very nice and spacious, but you can really hear everything the neighbors do. I've sent over 1,000 emails complaining about the neighbors upstairs because they make noise at 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the morning having sex, and the management simply does nothing. They're two young guys who live upstairs; they have sex every day, play their music loudly at all hours, and no matter how much I complain, it's still the same. It's all quite annoying. The apartments may be very nice, but the management never does anything about your complaints.

I've lived at New Tampa Palms for a little over a year now, and I just resigned my lease for another 16 months because my experience here has genuinely been wonderful. The grounds are always neatly kept, and the walking path is scenic and peaceful. The community itself is quiet, welcoming, and both family and dog friendly, which makes it feel like a real home rather than just an apartment. The office staff deserve a special shoutout. Zarya, Nick, and Anthony consistently go above and beyond when it comes to communication. Zarya is usually my first point of contact when I stop by the office, and she is always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with whatever I need. Maintenance has also been fantastic. They show up promptly after a service request and take the time to complete the work fully, with real attention to detail and consideration for residents. It's clear the whole team genuinely cares about the people who live here. If you're looking for a well-maintained, peaceful community with a staff that actually cares, I can't recommend New Tampa Palms enough. Five stars, no hesitation!
