Resumen de reseñas con IA
While some residents praise the friendly staff and convenient location close to amenities, the overall living experience seems to be significantly hampered by recurring issues. Many reviews highlight concerns about mold, pest infestations, poor maintenance response times, and inadequate security, leading to a less than ideal day-to-day living situation for a number of students. Additionally, there are consistent complaints about management's communication and handling of lease renewals and move-out charges.

I have been resident in naco department four years, they recently had another person leave the office , whether they were fired or quit , it doesn't matter. Now they want implement new rules , but they do not follow through. Another word, the left hand has no clue, What the right hand is doing the implemented on new policy that said the pool was open 8am till 7pm. Where? Are still there not the first time and I guarantee it's probably not the last time. Continue to ignore the rules that they want. The rest of us to comply to keep doing the same thing in nothing changes Obviously it must be for certain people.Because the same people continue to same thing night after night. They can't even give a significant time for somebody to work in the office!!!! I'm so tired of the BS, THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED . THEY CAN'T EVEN KEEP A STAFF ON BOARD BECAUSE OF THEIR CROOKEDNESS!!! Please choose wisely before you come to this apartment complex!!

The two stars are for the polite leasing agents. My experience started off so great, but management is disappointing (Rick Cowen is the the only consistent face on the team, it seems? There is a new manager since I moved in.) . I cleaned my apartment, but I did not hire “professional cleaning and show a receipt to ensure the apartment is move-in ready.” I was automatically charged a $125 cleaning fee, not for the "missed spots", but for general re-cleaning of the whole apartment. The photos the office sent me two weeks after I moved-out were confusing. Management shared a picture of receding toilet water lines (evaporated water) and mold in the fridge and on the lining. I showed them video proof of my move-out walkthrough with a leasing team member. The was to she that their photes were not consistent with the condition I left the apartment in when I left, meaning their photos were likely the result of time, no A/C, and the unit’s humidity (the studio apartment has no central A/C). It was ignored. They shared a photo of an orange dot that was missed on top of the fridge (forgive me, I am a short person) and the oven with tough burn stains present when I moved in, still present on the glass. The tile floors (there is no carpet), the restroom, the walls, the cabinets, and closets were cleaned, but I am paying for it all to be re-cleaned based on the condition two weeks after I turned in my keys. If they felt the need to charge me for the stubborn oven, sure. However, I’m disappointed because I wonder if I was informed of the “professional cleaning receipt” expectation and was able to fulfill it, if they would have simply found another reason to deduct from my deposit anyway. I was never late with payments, stayed through the hurricane (respecting rent payments on a flooded unit), and all of this as I walked by eviction notices on the doors of other tenants—this fee feels money-hungry. I cannot think of the word or phrase I am looking for, but I will use that. The office may write a response below this negating it and insert a phone number—that is okay. This happens in life, and you meet businesses like this. I was happy to move in, but unfortunately, I am now happy to move on. The move-out video I shared with them is tagged below.

Building A, Building B and Building D (and more ) flooded during the hurricane. It took 7 months to repair. Initially they denied mold and repainted walls with “mold proof paint”, then insisted they sprayed walls and they tore out dry wall, left the walls open for months while still living in my unit. Same thing happened to an elderly couple across the way. Left… in 25’… It’s a slum how they run things, leasing is kind and all smiles but the owner or whoever is in charge has slum lord behavior. Only move here is you’re down and out or on the center buildings across from the pool and past the large lawn area (where apartment team members live… these are the nice spots I’m now realizing) In Budget Recs Trellis by the lakes Villadova Milo Bayside The preserve at gateway Nordica Bay We’re nice options I toured and now live at one of spaces. You have options. Either one of the nice apartments where managment is willing to live or look elsewhere…
