Jared was absolutely wonderful. He kept me informed throughout the application process. I love my new apartment.

Upon moving in I had a bad experience with the noise entering my unit and property management was willing to assist in helping me find a new unit and made sure I did not have to pay extra for this change. In the end I ended up having a unit worth moving into that is way quieter and peaceful :)) Thank you to Jared and Elsa for their attention to the resident!

Jared was such a pleasure and was extremely helpful. He made the move in process very easy and simple. Apartment building looks great and very clean. I 100% recommend.

I would never recommend living here. From day one, it was a nightmare. First, they never answer the phone. If you have a problem, good luck getting anyone to respond. When I moved in, the apartment was absolutely filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all, and to make things worse, it constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. No matter what I did, the smell never went away. One of the neighbors' cats meowed constantly, day and night. I reported it multiple times because it was becoming unbearable, and management never did a single thing about it. The most disgusting part? On move-in day, we found a sex toy under the bed that had clearly been left behind by a previous tenant. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how thoroughly they "clean" these apartments before someone new moves in. Overall, management is unresponsive, the apartments are poorly maintained, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else

It's alright but not great. Basically all of these amenities are just for show: * The terrace: the tables have no base and fall over if you put any weight on them * The bathroom by the terrace has been locked and not operational for months. * The phone booths. They are just echo chambers and provide no sound proofing. * The desks: They play an alarm on the weekends when office staff isn't there to deter you from using the amenities. The same alarm is played on the terrace. You might hear this alarm wake you up depending on where you live in the building (which of course is a violation of your right to quiet enjoyment). * Pool: may be the only real amenity, but still nobody uses it, there is an ocean nearby. * Luxor package system: the mail people often just ignore it and put your package on the ground in the mail room. The office then locks away your packages so you have to go to the office during business hours to get your package. The beds are FULL size, meaning if you are 5 '10 or above your legs are going to hang off the end. The lock on the front door was broken for months. Now its fixed and there is no way to let delivery drivers in. You will hear the bars most nights when you go to sleep. The leasing office staff can be helpful at times, other times they will just outright ignore your emails if they find them an inconvenience. Not to mention: * The shower handle broke on move in day and flooded multiple rooms * They gave an an incorrect lease numerous times (so many times that was debatably fraud)
