Meridian Pointe Apartments

I would not recommend this property. The property manager is unprofessional and does not treat residents with respect. Considering the condition of the property, the rent is unreasonable. The housekeeping and overall maintenance are not up to standard. There is no security, the appliances are outdated, and the hallways and stairwells are dirty. The garbage compactor is constantly overflowing, making the property look neglected. I don't even invite my family to visit because I'm embarrassed by the condition of the complex. One positive is the convenient location. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, and doctors' offices. However, parking is another major issue. Resident parking is often taken by visitors, making it difficult to find a space. Before choosing this property as your new home, I encourage you to look at other options and compare them carefully.

They are very nice

The crevice is bad when you go to the office because of something not working properly they will just tell you to go write them a message and wait for someone to come fix it. There is trash everywhere and dog poop. They might tell you no outside internet is allowed that you have to use the internet for $50 dollars each month and it doesn’t even work properly. And when you are renewing your lease you have to pay a lot than when you are leaving even though you paid for the last month of the apartment they will charge you for the following month. They did that to me because I moved after the payment for the last month of lease but they charge me because I had to already moved before I gave the last payment so they charge me like $1,000 and more and $500 for something else and another payment that I don’t even remember what it was. They will be increasing the money for the apartment frequently so If you are renting there because you thought it was cheap trust me it’s not they will be adding much more money like it was a house and not an apartment. FYI the moment you open the drawers you will see some cockroaches I know that because Florida is humid must house have cockroaches but this apartment is in another level.
