Great response time, especially from the maintenance team. I submitted a few requests either the night before or the morning of, and by the time I returned home from work later that day, everything had already been taken care of. Their promptness and efficiency have made living here a very positive experience.

The layout and amenities are great no complaints there, but there’s consistent issues with this place. There’s a hole in the patio and the landscapers just leaf blow stuff inside. The mailbox has been unfunctional since we’ve moved in, the wiring for the fan is just hanging so we can’t even turn it on. The only saving grace is that it’s peaceful, in a nice area, the manager is responsive and helpful but it would probably benefit to hire another secretary or something so problems actually get dealt with and handled in a timely manner.
