Marquee Square Apartments

They say they have apartments available online. Applied, they took my application fee but told me I didn't finish my application. Sent an email saying that but rescinded my application and still took my money. Then said they didn't have the apartments available. It took forever to get be able to apply too because the system wouldn't take my middle name. You can't get live help only AI.

EDIT: For some reason I see that they have tried to hide my original review so people don’t see the honest reviews of what’s occurring on the property. Typical of apartments to hide the truth and dismissing it completely instead of fixing the problem. Such nice apartments and such terrible tenants. I’ve lived here for 3 weeks!! I absolutely love my apartment and the amenities. The people are absolutely awful. For starters, someone drew all over my car last week for no reason. I haven’t even talked to anyone here yet, so they targeted me for no reason. (Pictures below). I went to the pool my 2nd day here and had a weirdo get in the hot tub with my mom and I and start “secretly” not so secretly, recording us literally in our faces. We got out of the hot tub 2 minutes later absolutely irritated. Now the worst and main reason I’m writing this review. My neighbor above me was blasting his music so loud my apartment was shaking but every single day and night he paces back and forth stomping loud as heck for HOURS!!!!!!! Yes, HOURS!!!!! I don’t know what the heck anyone could be doing in their 1 bedroom apartment pacing back and forth for HOURS!!! But he wakes me up every single morning at 6am and all night paces back and forth and then on the days he doesn’t work he paces back and forth for literally 5+ hours straight!!! I’m beyond irritated and feel like I can’t even rest here in my own apartment!!! I can’t even focus and get my work done because he’s so loud!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I just wanted to take a second to give a huge thank you to Angelica! Even being nervous with going through the application process she said “”let’s try let’s try to get you in here.”” And I trusted God and her. And I’m approved. I have a place to call my own. Amazing girl.

I've been living in these apartments for almost a year and I have absolutely no complaints. The maintenance staff is excellent and responds to requests the same day 🥰
