Have officially lived here about 6 months now, can give an honest personal review. This complex is truly awesome. All amenities are as described. This isn’t some corporate ran, run down old complex. It’s very well maintained and the landlord along with his maintenance men work very hard keeping the property presentable, peaceful, and engaging. Roy is an awesome person to rent for, very respectful, and understanding so as long as there’s communication and transparency for any needs. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful and not overpriced place to stay in South Tampa.

I absolutely love Lois Landing apartments. The presentation from Mr. Roy was very informative and helpful, I appreciated how kind he was as well. They take good care of the property and up keep of the apartments. Would definitely recommend renting here for anyone in search of an apartment!

I had a tour today!! Im so excited. The space is very well maintained, very clean, feels very safe. Roy was so friendly and funny. He gave me a beautiful tour. I was impressed with the beautiful space he created for residents dogs/fur children. You can tell he puts so much thought and care into making this place a wonderful place to live. Thank you, Roy. I appreciate your time today.

Wow extremely unpleasant man. He kept telling me to come and see it in person while I was trying to ask him basic questions. Like if the apartment faces the interior/exterior, how many units are there. I am exhausted living out of a hotel because of a fire that happened and don't have time to be driving around looking at apartments 'blind". Guy cut me off after 5 minutes saying he didn't have time to answer every little question. I see other people have posted similar things on the review. I don't like leaving 1 start reviews but wanted to confirm this the pattern. I am leaving a review in reflection of this man's customer service because I would absolutely never rent from someone who treats people like this. I'm also suspicious when I see so many 5 star reviews and very few reviews with any complaints from actual tenants. I suppose when the landowner is frequently on site one develops a personal rapport and is less inclined to leave a poor review. There are plenty of nice, newly built complexes that offer 1-2 month discounts. I'll stick to those.

Today, I spoke with “Ray” directly and was incredibly disappointed, considering the other reviews provided. Makes me wonder if they were coerced. Very unpleasant experience overall. I would never rent from this property
