So we got new management , the women in the office already have apartments of their own at the Lodges , what happen with waiting list ?so they have their husbands on the lease? , do they pay pet fee, I’m pretty sure they have all brand new refrigerators and stoves and all in their units while we wait . Let’s also talk about how they have their children running all around the complex !! I’m pretty sure they selling apartments to people they know to skip the list . The girl at the front vapes and walks with no shoes in front of residents ... So the company that hired these people better start investigating because we have a waiting list closed to public and these women have apartments here , they need to be out since living here and working is not on the best interest of the tenants !! Or we need new staff since they will take advantage of all the benefits they can get .. the husband of the manager is one of the maintance guys how does that help ?

I’m hiding my name for privacy reasons. Maybe the girl in the front office should be less concerned about which residents are attractive and more concerned about doing her job effectively. Calling a married man who is a resident fine is CRAZY work and unprofessional and I’m sure it violates the companies harassment’s policies.

I am hiding my name for privacy reasons so this isn’t my real name but these apartments are disgusting!!! We had a fly infestation, flea and termite infestation. They don’t even take care of the apartments anymore and they look like a dump. The stairs are dirty and the whole place smells like weed.

From the prior horrible reviews that all speak of the same issues, I really don’t think anyone should want to live in this community. Looks like they really don’t care to fix issues here. Particularly AC & mold. I’m thankfully not a tenant here but I am a friend. You as the owners, property managers & human beings should be ashamed of yourselves allowing people to live with mold & ac problems. I hope you sleep well at night. This is disgusting. Do better.
