The amenities are nice and overall the apartment is too, but there were so many problems living here. It’s ridiculously overpriced. My first issue was only 3 days after I moved in, the scanners that let you into the building were not working, so I was completely locked out of the building at 2am. Emergency maintenance line did not answer. I have lived in several apartments, so I understand apartment living means hearing neighbors, but this was outrageous. I could hear entire conversations from the apartment next to me. My neighbors could hear me as well which lead to noise complaints, which they will evict you for after 1 warning. I spent a year tip toeing around my apartment in fear of being evicted for living normally. One of the maintenance men was arrested for kidnapping. Despite residents asking several times on the Facebook page, management never addressed this. How am I supposed to feel safe when these maintenance men would come in my apartment at random times without warning? My last straw with this place is the animal situation. I love animals as much as the next person, but when I’m paying $3600 a month rent I do not expect animal feces and urine in the hallways so frequently. In my last month living there, I personally had to put in maintenance requests 3 different times upon finding feces and urine in stairwells, hallways, and the parking garage. These incidents were all on my floor, so I can’t imagine what the rest of the building looks like. 2 of those times were on the weekend so it was not cleaned for 24+ hours. I do not believe the urine was ever cleaned. When I emailed the property manager, she waited 3 days to respond to me and basically said they can’t do anything about it, despite these incidents being in camera view. Also, the front door smells like urine so bad it’s hard to be breathe and I had to avoid it all together. There is ALWAYS trash in the hallway, and they pick and choose who they want to fine. I also received multiple complaints from delivery drivers saying office workers were rude. Save yourself the trouble that is living here.

Lisa did a fantastic job showing us the property and all that it has to offer. We’ve toured quite a bit in the area and the spaciousness at the Inscription is hands down more like a home and less like an apartment. It’s definitely a top contender!

Stunning units and property in the perfect location. Definitely worth the visit and work with Lisa if you have the chance, super knowledgeable and friendly!
