Excellent service. I've been living here for 3 years and I can attest that it's a very quiet place and when it comes to fixing any problems in the apartment they do it quickly.

I’ve been living in this complex for almost a year, and honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the management; the ladies are lovely and handle every issue and need. I had a problem with the upstairs neighbors, and they immediately found a solution and managed the whole situation. The apartments are renovated, and the cleanliness upon move-in is hotel-quality—everything was spotless on day one. Maintenance also resolves issues right away; you make a complaint, and the problem is fixed by the next day. The only thing I don't love is the parking situation; I think it should be like other places—two bedrooms get two parking spots, one bedroom gets one. But really, that’s just constructive criticism, because honestly, it’s a place where you can live peacefully in excellent conditions. Simone is lovely, and the gray-haired maintenance man is incredibly fast whenever something breaks.
