Just moved in and Having a hard time trying to like this place the internet is horrible, very loud train going by every 15 minutes until 3am, loud cars all the time racing by. On the 19th floor I hear everything elevator are very loud, non of the grills work, ice maker by pool and showers are down. I’d really at this point like someone to contact me about getting out of this lease without paying 3 months rent at $4,000 I was told at the high floor there is no noise and I feel like I got scammed. Parking is another $400 in a small 500sqft unit I really wish I didn’t move hear been nothing but stress ever since please contact me about moving out since I just moved in.

Great apartment but please get rid of Car Park, they have the absolute worst customer service, are so greedy, and ruin Heron’s reputation by being affiliated with them. It’s really sad. How am I not able to have guests visit me without being charged for parking? How is only one car for a 2 bed 2 bath allowed to park in the garage? Why do they give parking tickets to guests who park in the visitor spots? They are an absolute nightmare of a company, and Heron is really hurting themselves by using them. Not a good look.
