Hanley Place

After almost a year of consideration I booked a tour. I read all the reviews, good and bad. I gave this complex the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews. Last week was my tour. Staff seemed kind but felt like I was about to get scammed lol idk how to describe the feeling. Anyways. As I walked through the only 2br 1b apt available that day I didn’t really find anything wrong with the place. The apartment smelled really strong with purple fabuloso. Almost like they were trying to mask a smell. I have ptsd when it comes to the smell of fabuloso cause I grew up in NYC with rats and roaches and often my mom would use this fabuloso . So this kinda was a red flag for me. Call me crazy but sure enough, on my way out …. There were Roaches along the baseboards of the living room area near the front door . The woman giving the tour was just standing there with the roaches and I’m looking at my body and kids/husband to make sure we don’t take any home with us. Also, $150-300 for an application is crazy to be greeted by roaches or to live with roaches . Yeah definitely wouldn’t recommend living here and I believe every bad review from these previous tenants here

Mari, the lady with the red hair in the office, was absolutely amazing throughout my entire leasing process. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident every step of the way. Customer service like hers is rare, and she definitely deserves recognition. Thank you, Mari, for such an excellent experience!

I’ve been living in this condominium for a year, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of maintenance and response from management. Since day one, I’ve reported several issues that still haven’t been fixed. The balcony door is jammed and impossible to open, there’s a hole in the kitchen that they’ve ignored, and the window in my bedroom leaks every time it rains, leaving water all over the floor. Despite multiple requests, nothing has been resolved. This place clearly doesn’t care about its residents, and I would not recommend living here.

Hanley place has impressive blocks of fine Spanish structure, located in a large peaceful lot, surrounded by palm trees, fresh green beautiful plots of grass. In the evening, I’ve usually went around Hanley place for exercise on clean narrow walking roads which are led into spacious parking lots, felt heathy and safe. Sometimes i’m happy to greet other residents met by chance on the way. Everyone here are very friendly. Moreover, it is built with swimming pool and gym room creating a convenient place for living. The apartment is equipped with basic utilities although these are not much modernized. If possible, the bathtub should be replaced with standing glass bath booth, equipped toilet with faucet which is more useful and convenient than using toilet paper, I think. In general, Hanley is a wonderful place for everyone to relax and refill energy after a tired working day. Fresh air, friendliness and charming landscape are factors that make me fascinated.
