While some residents praise the helpfulness of individual staff members and appreciate the community's amenities like pools and trails, the overall living experience is frequently marred by significant maintenance issues and a lack of responsiveness from management. Many reviews highlight concerns about cleanliness, pest infestations, broken facilities, and unresolved repair requests, suggesting that the property may struggle with consistent upkeep and effective communication.

Have been living here for 6 mos and in this short time I have seen a lot of improvements to the grounds. The service team good always get the calls done timely and everyone in the office is really nice and helpful.

I call this place “Ghetto Oasis.” Here’s some of my experiences living here: -gunshot less than 50 feet from my apartment -roach flying onto my neck bringing up groceries late -human feces in the “yoga room” sitting for 3+ days. -two flying roaches, entering my apartment through the crack in the door in one singular hour -disgusting neighbors with no help from management. - Maintenance stealing all of my Halloween decorations 2 months into my lease and refusing to take full responsibility. -Screen porch broken into by painting staff without consent and has been broken and hanging for months. -A trailer full of garbage allowed to sit near my apartment the entire lease. ( it seems to be a member of staff who pawns people’s left items). -when I parked next to the trailer there was a 2 inch roach in my car the next day. Thank god I was at a stop light. -The entry gate, hot tub, and fitness trail I paid for, have not worked my entire lease . - an entire washer full of NEW clothes. YLA, VS all my best clothes were literally stolen from the laundry room. 💔 -Had multiple “peeping Tom’s” residents and hired staff. -a neighbor, who was later evicted, called the cops on me when I asked her to move the hoards of trash outside of her apartment attracting roaches for weeks. It’s highly concerning no one in staff walks round and does ground checks. -trash sits on the ground for weeks here. No one is hired to beautify the grounds. -homeless people constantly sleeping in their cars on property with no care from management. Seen multiple people taking full on showers in the pool shower. -they rented me an apartment with OVER 14 different maintenance issues. I had to sit there and on my own time request for these things to be done, all so my apartment was moveable. - the light switches in MOST of my apartment does not work. It makes the place feel cheap to not be able to flick your lights THAT YOU PAY FOR , on. -THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS A DISASTER. Literally rotting from the inside out and management does nothing about it. Besides spray paint a few arrows. And throw some plaster on it. it’s been the entire lease. -I’ve seen a broken gate that was unnoticed by management for months fall on a literal baby. Couldn’t have been more than two year old little girl with her mom and the gate completely fell on this child causing the mom to panic, the child to cry, and both to leave the area. I haven’t seen them back. A baby should have room to play without the fear of preventable injuries. -two boardwalks have only very recently been fixed, before that were rotting for MONTHS before that. -place is un-walkable with creeps and sand circling the lake make it uncomfortable. I get 10k steps every single day and never walk in this mess. -management is literally never in the office and will not answer your phone calls. I’ve lived here for 12 months. I’ve called probably over 20 times and never once said they actually picked up the phone , which is impressive stats tbh. - Apartment layouts are weird too. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be staring at my old (ugly, outdated) bathroom sink when I’m laying in bed. - Roaches should pay rent here . I’ve seen them in the gym during daylight, laundry room at all times, at the pool, tons on my steps leading up to my apartment, all over the place -a branch fell on the back tennis court and they took over three months to deal with it. - It is embarrassing to live here -My move in day was like this: waiting for 3 hours in the heat for them to make a key which they should have done AGES before I had my moving truck on site . roaches and traps left in the kitchen, water damaged bathroom, no blinds in my bedroom, no light bulbs in the kitchen or on the porch, fake nails all in the carpet, and a fridge drawer that was completely busted and should have obviously been replaced before move in. It’s so weird I had to do these things myself while paying over 500+ for “move in fees.” I will not be resigning my lease, and urge anyone reading to not deal with this property.
