Fisherman's Landing

Julian and Sandra have been amazing!! They are by far the best leasing staff I have ever worked with and have helped me at each step along the way! Would highly recommend them and am thrilled to live at the Fisherman’s!

I just moved into Fisherman's Landing Apartment, so it’s still a little early for me to give a full review. That said, my first impression has been positive. The property seems clean and has a nice atmosphere, and the staff has been polite and welcoming. I’m looking forward to getting settled in and seeing how things go.

Management is a disaster and constantly lie. They act like lawyers while "enforcing" arbitrary rules. They will tell you that "you got lucky" if they decided not to enforce sketchy guidelines. Water smells like the sewer. Fixtures in the bathroom leak and you will be told to get splash guards. Tubs back up, toilets bubble and percolate. They cram 6 people into a 2br and over saturate their parking lot. Law crew will blow dirt into your patio. Worse place ive rented in 30 years of renting. This community will not treat you like a human being once they get tired of your legitimate complaints. Instead, you will get retaliated on, talked down on as if they have the ultimate rights and you have none. I am thankful that they enforced the 60 day move out notice tho (i missed it hy a few days and far be it from them to work with people). My new place is in a much better neighborhood, bigger, and has an attentive landlord that doesnt hide behind corporate lawyers.

The maintenance staff is incredible. They responded to my emergency promptly, even though it was already late at night. Jose assisted me with everything I needed. Thank you guys 🙏🏼
