Resident of 12 years........Place isn't what it used to be... went downhill really bad. Kids with guns, constant shootings while I lived there , also teenagers harass the residents, drug sales and usage in hallways .left due to not being a safe community and crime ridden. Also has a child predator living across the street with a non working gate . Glad to be gone from there. Need to clean up the place or you will lose more residents that were long term. And rasing the rent inbetween lease agreement is unacceptable. Over a 100.00 increase and nothing to show for it!
