What a joke of a place to live, roaches, ants, termites. Can't have anything outside your house or on your patio, lake is full of trash, playground next to giant open dumpster. Don't move here

Sarah is always SO friendly and extremely helpful. She always is willing to help me and is knowledge about anything I need. She is always available and responds very quickly to any all concerns. She’s the best!

I have lived here for over 7years now, and I would NOT recommend this place. The new management is making this place a living hell! We pay rent that is pretty high we can’t put what we want on our balcony’s. They don’t allow us to have anything but a table and chair nor more no less, which is ridiculous considering there’s no storage space in these apartments. They want them to look nice but you can’t make it look nice when these apartments are literally falling apart from the inside out with termites. They suck at fixing the main problems instead want to control what you put out on your balcony so ridiculous! 0- out of 10 you guys just a waste of money! Don’t recommend living here! Doubt these buildings will still be standing with the amount of termites. Invested! Don’t care about their residents, just trying to fee you to make more money for themselves! Disgusted with the new management! They don’t care about their residents who actually liked living here before they came about. Don’t Recommend! They just want to fee you for the dumbest things. So sad this new management is running this place in the dirt.

Greystar is the third company to buy this property in three years. This is the worst one so far, breezeways and hallways leading up to the apartments have been filthy for two years now I’ve been making complaints and the response is that they don’t have enough money to get the hallways cleaned. I talk with all of my neighbors and we are all disgusted on how the place is being kept up. We are all moving at the same time now because of this. They are now showing the building We are moving from so now they decided to clean it then on top of that didn’t do a good job. This is a slap in the face to disregard a paying customer for two years then decide to all of a sudden do your job because now there’s multiple vacancies building 914. Also, the three ladies in the office Vicky, Amanda Sarah are great. They’ve been here from the beginning. It’s just that they keep changing management companies and it’s becoming the slums at this point.

Sara is my favorite leasing agent, fully attentive to all my residential needs. If there happens to be an issue, she’s in top of it. She made sure my move in process was as smooth as possible.
