This community offers a fantastic living experience, with residents frequently praising its clean, new apartments and well-maintained amenities like the pool and gym, all at a good value. The staff consistently receives high marks for being exceptionally friendly, responsive, and helpful, often going above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere and address concerns promptly. While the package locker system can sometimes be unreliable, requiring residents to seek assistance for deliveries, the overall positive living environment, strong sense of community, and excellent staff make it a highly recommended choice for many.

From the application process, to move in and everything in between this is by far the best placed I’ve lived. The vibe is suburbs, it’s gated and the staff is always ready to help. The amenities are great and always well kept there’s events for the community that our child friendly as well. Definitely a great place.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is always well maintained, and the amenities are fantastic—they’re clean, convenient, and make living here even more enjoyable. One of the best parts of living here is the staff. Andy and Amanda are always so kind, helpful, and genuinely funny. They make every interaction enjoyable and are always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything you need. It’s clear they really care about the residents and creating a welcoming community.

We had a good experience living here until it was time to move out. 1. A stranger was able to unlock our apartment door with his key fob. We reported the incident to the management office, and they said they would investigate, but we never received any follow up. Since we were moving out two days later, we decided not to pursue it further. Looking back, we understand why so many residents have door cameras. 2. Communication was inconsistent throughout our move. One staff member approved our request to bring a moving trailer onto the property. The next day, the manager refused to let the trailer in despite the prior approval. We had to pay extra fees for our moving company to redeliver our containers. Even after the manager eventually approved the delivery, we were required to park the container at the location farthest from the elevator, which made the move much more difficult. 3. Once you give notice and begin moving out, the level of service changes significantly. Emails went unanswered, and the help that management had promised never materialized.

Went to tour for the 1 bedroom. The leasing agent told us we can't t lease the 1 bedroom if we are a family of 4 and that's illegal per florida law!! Husband and wife and 2 small kids. Don't go there if you have a family!!

Edit 1 year in: This place is still the same as other apartments. Thin walls and they dont care if you complain about noise even though noise disturbances are listed on their lease. They say to call the police and even announce that on their community page saying they don't care and won't do anything. The hallways smell of drug use. Somehow the worst neighbors of any place I've lived is here and I've lived in cheaper places. If this matters to you, dont move in. Edit 1 month in: I wanted to add to my previous review. Overall, I think I am starting to like this apartment, and my other review was rash and freshly mad and didn't capture the entire experience. Management here reached out to me, and they explained that it was a fluke and that response must've been due to a bad day, which I totally understand. There are some issues with this being a new build and the management has been very understanding and doing everything in their power to make our experience better. Also, the building is new! With that, the apartment has been annoying in that the humidity is high always so I'm constantly running a dehumidifier, but it's a common problem in new builds. Also, my unit doesn't have it but there are roaches spotted around the property and some have been spotted in my unit. It is very annoying and almost unnecessary like for instance our package lockers stopped working but most apartments don't have package lockers and operate just fine. You also have to add a card before you use it, and they have ads on the codes they send you. Just really weird service. There are also policies that might be predatory, so I would take a look at all the added-on monthly fees that are required when you sign the lease. But, I will say the two month promo and waived application fees are really nice. It's a little mental gymnastics to take it all in financially. But, compared to other apartments, you do pay for nicer things, but I love the amenities (one of the biggest selling points of this place). I love the layout (so much storage in the mid-tier one by one), it's so thoughtful and amazing! I like the management (nowhere is perfect but they have not acted snarkily even in a bad review!). Overall, I like it here, but adjusting sucks! If you have the money, I would definitely rent here :) (If you compare apartments by staff picking up the phone like I do, this place wins!) (Also the doors from the previous review were open during hurricane Helene which is ironic but they don't control the doors, some fire safety company does...) Old Review: 1 week in I live here right now and the staff might be really nice during the tour but when you move in, they suddenly stop being so nice. pretty much like every other apartment. They have sent maintenance without my request during unexpected times and they most recently, they closed doors to the building, which slams loud every time it is opened and closed and it's usually kept open. I called today and their excuse was there's a storm even though it's bright and sunny with them having a pool party currently. But i understand, but they should be prompty open when it is over since people live here. I was talking to the office about it and they hung up on me mid-sentence. I feel bad for my neighbors because the door to their hallway is straight up locked. And they have to go thru a specific entrance all around the building to get to their apartment. If you see "luxury" and think you're getting luxury, then think again because it's just an excuse to increase the price compared to other apartments ive stayed at where it was much cheaper and the staff was comparable. Places like park at orvieto or fishermans landing.
