I recently toured Cooper’s Pond Apartments with Cece. She was friendly, welcoming, and answered my questions during the tour. The tour felt a little rushed at times, but she was still pleasant to work with. While the apartment homes aren’t brand new, they are well maintained, and the community looked clean and cared for. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciate the time Cece took to show me around.

I have been here for a couple of years now and I can honestly say it is great the staff is awesome and on point with everything from maintenance issues to just keeping you informed about the community
