Compton Place Apartments

Visitor parking is awful!!!!! I have some friends that live in these apartments and every time I come to visit, I can never find visitor parking. They have around 1500 tenants and 15 visitor parking spaces. Makes no sense. I can’t imagine what the tenants go through, because all of the other spaces say “reserved”

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I have lived here for 3 years and the management of this community has been trash! A joke. Repair tickets get absolutely ignore and /or delayed. I have complained numerous times to the office assistant manager and now manager David and has gone on deaf ears. I had a leak from two apartments above that produced mold and they have yet to repair anything. I have reached out to Candice Adams, Regional Manager for Compton place and have not had my calls returned. Management for 2026 has been switched out 3 times already, go figure. I have to say when Anthony was working at this location things were done in a timely and professional manner. With the amount of rent we pay ON TIME, this is not acceptable at all. I am disgusted with management, upper management, and the service that comes with it. The pool is also constantly closed for whatever reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. YUCK.

Nice and spacious unit. Renovated. Great location. Gas station, BJ’s and market all within a few miles. There are room for improvements though- parking areas could be made better. The roads inside the communities can be maintained well. I noticed a few people blocking the parking areas by putting a bucket, which isn’t at all cool.

Really appreciate the kind of service improvement from last few months. And we hope that this kind of service will be continued.

Updated review 6/4/2026. Dropped Stars down only due to customer service of new staff and the walkway. I have uploaded recent pictures you can compare them to 2019. As you can see management does not care about the upkeeping of this building 5 years later this building is still the dirtiest one. This is actually the only building actually that doesn’t even have grass , a very dirty walk ways it’s terrible back here and no change or effort to make look nicer. They pressure wash it and call it a day which is not helpful it needs to be repainted back here walls floors doors. If you do move here make sure you check the building first they do not keep up with walkways in the back of complex. As far for customer service new staff a few are very dismissive and come off like they do not want to be bothered or care to acknowledge your concerns. Especially my phone interaction with David. The maintenance is great they do an amazing job with any other issues and requests.
