Highly recommend for incoming students: -best maintenance team -friendly staff -fast response from manager -great price -nice swimming pool -great room

This was a great apartment complex for my daughter. The staff was friendly and maintenance was always quick. Definitely would recommend for any student going to USF wanting to live off campus!

Lizzy was amazing giving us a tour of the apartment buildings and is amenities. She explained well and answered all of our questions. My daughter felt very welcome and felt this was where she wanted to be. Thanks for the good vibes Lizzy and staff. I feel my daughter will be safe and any concerns she has she could always ask the staff.
